3. User Accounts

Registration

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms.

4. Booking and Services

Service Bookings

When you book a service through our platform:

• You agree to provide accurate service requirements
• You acknowledge that service availability may vary
• You agree to be present or ensure access during the service
• You understand that service times are estimates

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule bookings according to the following terms:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before service: Full refund
• Cancellations made 4-24 hours before service: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before service: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

5. Payment Terms

Payment Method

Payment is processed securely through our platform. You agree to pay the full amount for services rendered. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy and service satisfaction. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of service completion.

6. Service Quality and Liability

Service Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality services. If you're not satisfied with a service, contact us within 24 hours, and we'll work to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability

SmartKarigar acts as a platform connecting customers with service providers. We are not liable for:

• Quality of service provided by professionals
• Any damages or losses incurred during service
• Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Harass or abuse service professionals
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
